Make meal prep easier with a KitchenAid stand mixer! You can get all kids of attachments to make meal prep fun! | Keep your hands rip-free with the Sand Bar callous kit. | I don’t know about you, but it gets HOT during the summer here in Texas. That being said, this is the best laundry detergent I’ve found to keep gym clothes smelling fresh. | These bamboo/charcoal bags keep your gym shoes and bags odor free. |

If you do get a big fat callous on your hands, use this to remove it! It looks scary, but it’s pain free, I promise. 🙂 | The Jolie showerhead has a built in filter. Keep your hair and skin free from damaging chemicals and harsh water! Easy to install, too. | I’ve been using the Garmin Vivoactive for years. It’s great for tracking sleep, calories, steps, workouts, water intake, and much more. My favorite feature is the body battery which helps manage recovery. | Taking body measurements is often a better indicator of your progress than the scale. |

Kodiak offers up some delicious protein-packed breakfast items. | Element 26 grips have been my favorite for years. I would say they work best on powder coated rigs which is why I’ve since switched to Victory Grips (we don’t have powder coated rigs at CFOT!) | Ok, sometimes I wake up looking tired AF. What can I say? I’m a full-time teacher who also works a part time job, am enrolled in grad school, all while trying to prioritize training! These help me look more awake. | Again, it’s hot in summer. These help! |

Convenient, easy to clean meal prep dishes. ’nuff said! | Ok, this Hot Logic food warmer has been a lifesaver. I was instructed to remove my microwave from my classroom because it was tripping breakers in the school. This has a normal plug and gradually heats my lunch. I also find that food that would typically become soggy in a microwave heats up crispier in this little guy. | A big squishy mat for mobility work, burpees, push-ups, sit ups, handstand push-ups, and more. | My favorite KitchenAid stand mixer attachment. Turn veggies into noodles or make sweet potato curly fries. |

Weighted blankets help with anxiety and “feeling some type of way.” | This lavender scented neck wrap also helps you relax. Sore traps? Make recovery that much better. | I find liquid chalk to be very helpful if you’re using leather grips or bare hands. | Speed up recovery and reduce inflammation with an ice bath. This one takes up minimum space (and is portable if you want to be extra) and isn’t outrageously priced. |

Massage gun with many attachments. 10/10 I recommend! | Weighing and measuring food is a huge part of tracking calories and macros. Get yourself a food scale. | | |
